Provides limited financial assistance for the purchase of necessary medical equipment or supplies. Eligibility is on a case by case basis and must meet geographic eligibility. Authorization verification through an assistance program, medical provider, or through Coordinated Services Planning.

Food Pantry + Senior Pantry + Baby Cuddles Pantry + Homeless Blessing Box + Funding Emergency Financial Assistance on a case-by-case basis.
